“Larry, listen to me. I’m being straight with you here. Antelope to antelope here, buddy. Are you listening? That birthmark looks like a giant thumbprint on your ass.”

“Dang it, Roy! Quit it already. I know it’s gotten bigger—”

“And whiter! You’ve got a giant Day-Glo white thumbprint on your ass.”

“I know, I know. It wasn’t so noticeable before. It used to be a kind of paisley-looking blob mixed in with the hodgepodge of other marks and scars on me. But now all everybody sees is the damn print on my ass.”

“Buddy, that’s your own damn fault. All that running about and leaping you do just calls attention. You’re too rambunctious for your own good. No wonder the lions are always after you.”

“Don’t even mention the lions. They’ve got it in for me. But I do have an idea for, you know, deflecting attention. I’m gonna make a decoy with an even bigger, whiter thumbprint on its ass. What do you think?”

“Larry, you idiot. The lions won’t fall for that. You might as well distract them with some pasties.”

“Ah zip it, Roy. What do you know?”
