The heat <em>and<\/em> the dryer <em>and<\/em> all the faucets and showers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike I said, we get all kinds. I don&#8217;t ask questions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, clearly someone has made a mistake.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, that&#8217;s certainly possible. And while we investigate the situation&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigate?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes. While we investigate, you need to make at least a partial payment on your bill each month. We recommend $200.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwo hundred dollars a month? I can&#8217;t pay that much.
